History: Even before the death of her parents, Jaq was raised mostly by Nana, via parenting books and educational videos. Since Nana’s programming was intended to make her the perfect care-giver, Jaq’s upbringing was almost the scientific ideal; she could read in three languages (Russian, German, and English) by her seventh birthday, learned Hindi six months later, and wrote her first classical composition at age eight. Unfortunately, the bombs fell on Moscow before she completed the piece; nine years later, less than 400 people (the population of the Grand East-side Moscow Mall) have every heard it played. While she lived under Nana’s watchful care for 13 years, the last four have shown Jaqulyn to be a merciless fighter and a cunning survivalist.
Personality: Jaq is creative and intelligent, but more or less indifferent to the company of anyone but Nana, Philip, Summer, or Catherine. She is confident, extremely loyal, and occasionally selfish but usually respectful, with strong morals and healthy self-esteem. It annoys her when people don’t stand up for themselves, and infuriates her when people break their word, especially regarding relationships.
